Seafood Soup!
I randomly grabbed this when I went to the Asian Market in White Plains when I was hunting for Furiflake to make my own Hurricane Popcorn.
So this soup isn't like normal soups that I make where you dump a can of water into a bowl and shove it in the mircrowave, you have to make this stuff on the stove!!!
Measure two cups of water and boil it....
I had to do this twice b/c I forgot I was making something and the water boiled down too much and evaporated or something.....
After the water starts boiling dump the stuff out of the bag it should look like this..
Then you have to beat an egg in a bowl, should look like this:
*Don't knock the Styrofoam bowl, I was trying to avoid washing dishes...
Then you SLOWLY add the egg into the boiling soup and let it marinate for like 1 minute....
Then you TURN OFF THE STOVE (don't wanna burn down your mama's house)..... Pour the soup into a bowl grab a spoon and eat it (actually it's really hot so wait a few minutes)...
I used my "Asian spoon" to make the experience more authentic... I personally think that it made the soup taste better..... I got a set of 4 in China Town (NYC) when I was like 12yrs old it's the only piece of kitchenware that I actually own....

9. She's my e-esposa!! (e-wifey)
10. She sends me love packs & surprises and always includes a top secret love note!

i like how you used an asian spoon. its so cool. the soup looks really good!
i really like making my own version of bruschetta.
i dice tomatoes and chop green onions and toss then with olive oil with salt and pepper (this will be the toppings)
then, instead of a french baguette, i used a pan dulce (hawaian sweet bread) and put them in the over until they get a lil brown and toasted.
the i put the toppings on the bread and finished it with parmesan cheese and its done. its really good :)
